Observation: 1) A broken bowl was being used to dispense flour and it was stored inside the flour bag. 2) Several frozen fishes are stored in the chest freezer without a cover/bag.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Replace the broken bowl with a proper ladle dispenser and store it outside of the flour bag. 2) Ensure that food are stored in a food grade container/bag.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1) Food debris noted behind chest freezers in the back of the kitchen and dry storage room. Some rice splash on the wall where rice cookers are located. 2) Grease build up noted in exhaust hood and sticker on the exhaust system showed that the service was supposed to be in Oct 2018.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Please remove food debris, clean and sanitze the noted areas. 2) Request for professional service on the exhaust hood.
