Routine health inspection conducted.

Temperatures:
- Preparation under-counter coolers (4): </= 4C
- Standing double-door coolers (2): </= 4C
- Standing double-door freezer: -23C
- Opened milk cartons stored in preparation coolers had an internal temperature of </=4C
- All units had accurate thermometers.

Sanitation:
- Hand washing sinks were adequately equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 78C at the dish surface after the final rinse cycle.
- Sanitizer dispenser dispensed 200 ppm QUATS solution.
- 2-compartment sink was equipped with functional plugs.
- Sanitizer pails in food preparation areas had 200 ppm QUATS. Test strips were available on site.
- Ice machine was in good sanitary condition. The water tray is cleaned by a professional maintenance company. Scoop was stored outside the chamber in a clean container.
- Coffee machines were in good sanitary condition.
- Timers for 2 hours are used to timely replace sanitizer pails and utensils that are kept at room temperature.
- Timers for 4 hours are used to clean and disinfect the washrooms and high touch surfaces in the customers area.
- General sanitation was satisfactory.

Storage:
- Food is stored at least 6" off the floor.
- Stainless steel racks are used for dry storage.
- Containers are labelled and dated.
- Items are covered inside coolers.

Pest Control:
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection.
- Facility is monitored by a professional pest control company. Inspection reports are available on site for review.
- Tin cats were empty.

Administration:
- Manager and staff on site have Food Safe level 1 certification or equivalent.
- Permit was posted.
- Temperature logs were up to date.

COVID-19 Safety:
- Starbucks corporate COVID-19 safety plan is available on site.
- Staff are required to fill in a screening form before each shift.
- Temperatures for all staff are taken and recorded.
- High touch surfaces are disinfected frequently.
- Masks are mandatory.
- Maximum occupancy signs were posted.
