Observation: Bread stored in garbage bags.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue this practice since odour reducing chemicals can be used in garbage bags, which can be transferred to food.

Observation: Dead cockroaches found in sticky traps and a couple dead cockroaches were found on shelving. No live cockroaches found. One dead mouse was found in a trap and some droppings were found.
Corrective Action(s): Clean immediately. Hire a pest control company by Friday, September 22nd and provide the invoice for the treatment for cockroaches and mice.

Comments

-Follow up inspection on Friday.
The walk-in cooler is being renovated currently. There is adequate storage space for all items on site.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached C at the plate level.
