There are no critical and non-critical hazards <Comments> - General sanitation requires attention, especially under the prep table beside warm holding unit (minor) - Coolers for pizza dough measured at 6-7C - Other coolers were at 4C or less - All freezers were at -18C (except one freezer for chicken wings measured at -3C) - No food/ingredients on the floor - Mechanical dishwasher (high-temp) was at 72C - Quats solution for food contact surfaces was at 200ppm - Ice maker was maintained well - Ventilation system is satisfactory. Next cleaning will be 2020/11/21. - No pest issues. Pest control company maintains reguresy (every month, checcked the pests report on 2020/7/7 --> no activity during inspection) - Hand washing stations are provided with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water - Dining area closed due to COVID-19 - COVID-19 safety plan present during inspection and complies with the plan and COVID-19 signs/information posted on the restaurant.
