Observations:
- General sanitation of premises satisfactory. The following areas have been de-greased, cleaned and sanitized: ventilation hood, behind and around freezers and cooking units.
- In-use utensils observed in ice water
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Hand washing station at back supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- Cold potentially hazardous foods stored in cold-holding units
- Bleach sanitizer bottles (labelled) measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration
