Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -9C (stock was being put away).
-Prep coolers were both at 4C (top and bottom),
-Both under counter coolers were at 4C.
-Both dairy dispensers were at 4C.
-Front beverage cooler (dairy) was at 4C.
-Eggs stored at ambient temperature time tracked.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 80C on the dish surface on multiple cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-3-compartment sink Quats sanitizer was tested at 200ppm.
-Sanitizer pails changed every 2 hours and tested at 200ppm.
-Slicer and dicer were found to be clean and sanitary. Equipment properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Ice Capp wand sanitized with 200ppm Quats sanitizer after each use.
-Mixing spoons stored on ice.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalence valid until September 20, 2024.
