General sanitation - good. Food safety measures in place. Walk-in cooler at 4C. Walk-in freezer at -22C. Note: Temperature monitoring system in place. Food items, utensils, and equipment stored safely at the time of inspection. All hand washing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. 200 ppm quaternary ammonium dispensed from the sanitizer dispenser. The low temperature dishwasher - satisfactory. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. (Professional pest control company contracted.) No concerns noted at the time of inspection.
