2 compartment sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Additional large tub filled with 100-200 ppm bleach for manual warewashing.
200ppm quats available for surface sanitizing. Follow manufacturer's instructions for use (squeeze cloth 10 times to release chemical) and verify strength with test strips.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
