Comments

Follow up inspection.
- Refrigerators have been supplied with accurate thermometers
**Temperature records must now be accurately maintained! Have kitchen staff check kitchen equipment. Include daily checks of your dishwasher. Chlorine test strips can be acquired through your suppliers
- Ice maker has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- potato slicer has been cleaned and sanitized as requested. Recommend getting the pipe cleaner style cleaning brush
- meat slicer blade covers stuck on and therefore not thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This is to be removed from the premise immediately.
**Cleaning along grill line was only partially completed. Move your equipment (when cool) and remove all food and grease build up. This should occur on a monthly schedule, with daily wipe ups at the end of shift
