Paper Based Inspection: Report # 235653 Operator has corrected some violations from last inspection, but the following still observed: - Many cut veggies uncovered in walk in cooler - Sauce still in open can in walk in cooler, transfer into food grade container - Rice scoop still stored in room temperature water, store in ice to prevent microbial growth If violations are not corrected, further enforcement (ie.ticketing/orders) will result.
