Walk in freezer measured at -18 C ambient temperature. Walk in cooler measured at 4 C ambient temperature. Hot holding units: beef pattie, measured at internal temp at 68 C, chicken measured at internal temp at 62 C. Poutine gravy measured at 78 C.
3 compartment manual dish washing:
Sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips
Items in storage stored off the ground
All hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and hot and cold water and paper towel
Pest control onsite. No pest activity observed at time of inspection. Foodsafe certified staff onsite, temperature logs available and in use.
