Routine inspection: approve to begin operation pending other agency approvals. Dishwasher final rinse was 50 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface (internally) Cold holding units were 4 C / 40 F or colder Freezer units were -18 C or colder Sanitizer (Quat Ammonium) was 200 ppm concentration. Food in walk in needs reorganization and reduce boxes/storage. Liquid soap and paper towels were available at hand washing stations. Staff were wearing hair protection. Staff preparing food to wear proper uniforms eg aprons while handling food to reduce risk of cross contamination. Provide separate hooks to hang aprons / coats. Fill/caulk/cover area between wall and 2 compartment sink area for easier cleaning/maintenance.
