- Low temp dishwasher was repaired and the sanitizer was re-stocked. The dishwasher achieved 100ppm chlorine residual at plate's surface.
- QUAT sanitizer dispenser was repaired. 200ppm QUAT detected at sanitizer spray bottle and bucket.
- Cooler located below the grill maintained 4C.
