Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0 ppm QUATS sanitizer was present inside two spray bottles.
Corrective Action(s): Manager manually diluted QUATS sanitizer from the stock bottle to setup 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer inside the spray bottles. Staff members then sanitized dining tables and food prep. surfaces with the 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer during the inspection.

Observation: Both QUATS dispensers were dispensing 0 ppm QUATS sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Re-service or repair the QUATS dispenser so that they dispense QUATS sanitizer at 200 ppm. Correct within 1 week and contact the district Environmental Health Officer for a follow up inspection. QUATS test strips were available on-site. Make sure these used each day to check that there is 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer in the spray botltes.

Both handsinks near food handling areas were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Handsink in the washroom was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C (actually measured at -21 degrees C).
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
Toppings in the inserts were at or below 4 degrees C.
Hot-held rice was at or above 60 degrees C.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at 77.6 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate level.
Manager had a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (expiration date: January 31, 2024).
Staff member on shift also had a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Food storage areas were clean and organized.
Ice machine was in a clean condition.
