Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # RHEN-B8JSXZ of Jan-18-2019 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: Hot water taps at main dish sink, hand wash stations in service area, and in the washrooms not dispensing hot water. Hot water supply stopped while auditing the quats dispenser at dish sinks. Existing 30 US Gal tank located above hallway to washrooms. Correction: **Cannot operate without hot water. Operator volunarily closed premises until hot water supply is fixed. Plumber on the way. Operator will send picture of hot water coming out of tap when fixed and can open up when work completed.
