Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach on site but no sanitizer was made/available. This issue has been noted on previous inspection reports.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution is made fresh each day prior to food preparation taking place. Keep all wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution when not in use to prevent microbial growth. Change sanitizer as needed throughout the day to maintain minimum concentration and ensure food contact surfaces are sanitized routinely throughout the day. Sanitizer should be available at the bar area and food preparation/kitchen areas.

Observation: Noted some broken tiles and wearing away of finishes for the wood shelving units.
Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace broken tiles and have wooden shelving units painted/finished to render them non absorbent and washable as part of on going maintenance.

Hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
All coolers 4C or less (walk in, prep cooler unit, bar area...etc)
Freezers less than -18C
Hot holding of rice higher than 60C
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Back door was closed at time of inspection.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
Low temperature dish washer had 50ppm chlorine.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered..etc)
