Very organized. - Walk-in freezer -18C or colder - Temperatures logged daily - Cleaning + sanitizing done in 3-compartment sink - Handwash station accessible with hot water, liquid soap + paper towels - Quats sanitizer spray bottle tested at 400 ppm (ensure quat sanitizer spray doesn't exceed 400 ppm as a no-rinse sanitizer) - Foods stored off floor and covered. - No signs of pest activity at time of inspection - General sanitation good at time of inspection - Quat sanitizer buckets tested at 200 ppm - good.
