no thawing of meats observed at room temperature hand wash station is equipped & available all scoops are removed from dry food storage containers food contact surface sanitizer with in range (200ppm quats being used/ beach sanitizer has been removed) operator has taken temperature of coolers/freezers at opening operator will be using stickers to seal take out bags rather then staples
