-Inspection conducted to open newly renovated kitchen/dining area
-Soap and paper towel and hot/cold water present at hand sinks
-Coolers < or = to 4C, freezers < or = to -18C
-Dishwasher achieved 180F rinse temperature
-Quat sanitizer system at 3 compartment sink achieved 200ppm sanitizer level
The following needs to be done prior to use of the kitchen:
1) Full wipe down of all equipment and surfaces with sanitizer after all construction is completed
2) Wipe down of dining tables
3) Reinstall dishwasher metal tray on the left hand side to allow for racks to easily slide out
4) Rewash all dishware and equipment that was out during any construction activities
