Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large green cutting board stored directly on floor next to chest cooler
Corrective Action: Cutting board removed and washed.
Do not store cutting boards on floors as it will contaminate the equipment

Observation: 1) Multiple items double stacked in prep cooler inserts.
2) Container of sprouts observed sitting in container of noodles soaking in water
3) Rice bowls used as scoops for bulk dry goods such as sugar
4) Pots observed stored on ground next to cookline
5) Sauces (large cans of hoison, large jugs of siracha) stored on floor under dish pit
Corrective Actions: Do not double stack items. The bottoms of bowls and containers may contaminate food stored underneath. Remove bowls used as scoops and use scoops with handles. Store all equipment and food items > 15cm off the floor.
Proper storage and organization is important to prevent possible contamination

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large chunks of meat thawing at room temperature on top of the chest freezer.
Corrective Action: Frozen beef moved to cooler.
Items must be thawed in coolers overnight or under running water to prevent pathogen growth

Observation: Mouse droppings observed next to left prep cooler and in bathroom corners. Two live traps observed under cook line but not elsewhere. Operator indicates pest company comes every 1.5 months

High temperature dishwasher measured 71 deg.C at the plate level. Dish washer started during inspection and took same time and multiple runs to warm up
Bowl of sanitizer in back of house measured 200ppm chlorine
Sanitizer at front of house made ~ 400ppm chlorine but was diluted to 200ppm. Staff observed making front of house sanitizer after inspection began. Rags stored in sanitizer
Operator could not produce most recent pest report, indicated that the pest company did not provide reports. Ensure most recent report is obtained for next inspection
Some ceiling tiles in dining area are waterlogged. Operator indicates food premise above had a leak. Ensure tiles are replaced (tiles next to blue vent, one dark, one light)
Cooler have accurate thermometers inside
Handsinks are fully equipped with soap, towel, hot and cold water
Staff has foodsafe level 1, expires Aug 2026
Operating permit posted in conspicuous location.
Ensure upt to date decal in attached to operating permit
Vent hood is clean, most recent service May 2022, next Dec 22
Some equipment in bathroom from previous tenants. Ensure it is moved off premise or discarded if not required.
Ensure sanitizer is prepared each morning and available at all times.
