All wiping cloth rags in use are to be stored in a container of sanitizer solution (100 ppm chlorine, 1 tea spoon of bleach per 1 litre of water).

Raw meats located in storage freezer. Frying pans stored soiled with oil and pieces of cooked meat. Premise is not permitted to cook raw proteins and produce grease laden vapors. Discontinue production of all menu items that involve cooking meat products.

COVID-19
