Follow up inspection to Consultation Report# KDEL-AR5R2K
Kitchen area has been renovated. New flooring and wall tiles have been installed. Ceiling tiles have been reinstalled.
All food equipment including walkin cooler, under the counter cooler, chest freezer have been cleaned and sanitized.
All shelving and contact surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are 4c or below.
All freezers are -18c or below.
Sanitizer buckets found to have 100ppm concentration (bleach water). Rags are being stored in buckets.
NOTE: all sanitizer buckets must be labelled appropriately.
No food from fire contamination has been found onsite. List of all food items that were thrown out due to fire contamination was provided during this inspection.
Overall facility is in sanitary condition.

Closure Order has been rescinded. Health Approval Granted to Reopen.
