200 ppm Quaternary ammonium compounds (QUATS) sanitizer was available from the dispenser and inside the labelled spray bottle.
QUATS sanitizer is used to sanitize food equipment and food contact surfaces.
QUATS test strips were available.
Peroxide Multi Surface Disinfectant and Cleaner RTU was available. Obtain appropriate test strips to monitor the concentration of the Peroxide Multi Surface Disinfectant and Cleaner is in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Manager informed they would use QUATS Sanitizer for the dining tables and chairs until they are able to obtain appropriate chemical test strips.
No signs of pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
