Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating under required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating under required temperature of -18'C.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in buckets to hold wiping cloths.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved the minimum chlorine concentration (50ppm) at the plate level after final rinse.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-Bar sinks satisfactory. Drink dispensing guns maintained in sanitary condition. Ensure to have these bar sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towels whenever they are in use.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
-All foods stored in and covered with food grade materials.
-Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility very good at this time. Keep up the good work!
