- surface sanitizer measured 200ppm quats in several spray bottles
- dishwasher in commissary kitchen: 73C
- hairnets or hats worn by all staff
- ice machine sanitary; scoop stored separately
- ensure that all machinery is thoroughly cleaned after use
- general sanitation is satisfactory

- operator is aware of minor drain fly issue and is currently working with professional pest company
- hot water poured down drains to reduce population and drains covered at night to help reduce population
