Temperatures of refrigerated product must be maintained below 4 C.)

Comments

The newly 'placed into service smoothie cooler' food temperatures measure < 4 C. The small one-door cooler next to it is now 'out-of-service'. Recommendation: Remove the two 'out-of-service' one-door coolers and replace with a properly functioning two-door cooler.
