Rodent droppings and contamination has been cleaned up in the back of house by the ice machine, dishwashing area, staff locker area, and electrical room. Staff are waiting on a shop vac to get to the harder to reach places.
Ensure that areas with rodent droppings are sanitized using a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution.
