Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable slicer observed with food debris inside the crack and ice machine observed with pink biofilm on the interior wall.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aforementioned equipment immediately. Follow your sanitation plan frequent and proper cleaning of food equipment.
