Follow up conducted to routine inspection (report #TPAU-CWHV7U). Findings: - At the time of inspection, back kitchen was in use. - Only take-out services are provided in single use containers. - Operator stated the 2 comp dishwashing sink is used for manual dishwashing. - Sanitizer bottle and drain plugs available on site. - Operator confirmed that low temp mechanical dishwasher has been serviced but not being used for facility operation. - Chlorine test strips available onsite. Prior to using dishwasher, please run it multiple times and check for chlorine residual to ensure adequate washing and sanitizing are achieved. Signature not required due to COVID-19.
