Observation: Noted several boxes of frozen meat at room temperature. All meats still frozen solid.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure deliveries are put away as soon as possible and potentially hazardous foods are not left at room temperature.

Observation: Ice machine in use however sanitation plans have not been received. Correction Order issued.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue use of ice machine and remove the unit from premises. Submit a sanitation plan should you wish to return the equipment to the premises and resume its use. Do not use or return the ice machine to the premises until the sanitation plan has been reviewed and approved by the district inspector and the correction order has been rescinded.

4. Tops of freezers which are used as counters were extremely stained
5. Meat slicer had dried food debris inside it - staff member had indicated that it had not been used so far and should be 'clean')
