Handsoap added to sink by cooking line.
Cleaning of the droppings in office and back area mainly done. Please continue to monitor these areas through regular cleaning and remember to keep back door closed when not in use.
Garlic oil, anchovy and eggs stored under prep cooler.
Operator shall be obtaining shelving units or stools to elevate food stored in walk-in cooler so they are not stored on the floor directly.
Owner has registered for Foodsafe exam in 2 weeks, please remember to send me a copy of certificate when course is passed.
