Introduction

An unscheduled follow up inspection to the Routine Inspection # SWAR-B3UNV5 dated August 21st 2018 was conducted. Areas of non-compliance identified at the Routine Inspection were reviewed for compliance. Manager had responded to the coded items in writing. For additional resources and links to the Legislation (CCALA and CCLR), please visit; Website: http://www.fraserhealth.ca/childcare The following contraventions have been addressed: 12050, 12060, - all staff files are now complete 12150, 14010 - Staff exemption was no longer required - staff is now qualified and supervision is appropriate 19052 - Repayment forms are in place for all children 19070, 19080, 19200 - all children's files are up to date 19090 - attendance records are now complete 19260 - care plans are now updated

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR # have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
