Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BD2TNX:

- Surface sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine concentration. The spray bottle is in clean condition. To prepare the solution, mix
- 1 tsp bleach to 1 L water or
- 1 tbsp bleach to 1 gallon water
- Ensure to change out the sanitizer everyday to maintain effectiveness
- General sanitation has improved. The operator stated that general cleaning is done in the afternoon when baking is finished for the day. Ensure to implement a regular cleaning schedule throughout the day and after baking is complete to prevent pest issues.
- The following areas have been cleaned:
- floors of the kitchen, behind coolers and freezers
- underneath the two compartment sink and handwashing station
- Fruit fly issue has been resolved underneath the handwashing station. There is no visible water leak or pooling.
- The operator has installed two sticky traps, one underneath the handwashing station and one above the upright freezer. Recommend two additional sticky traps to be installed at the other side of the kitchen.
- Ensure to change out the sticky traps regularly and replace with new ones. Do not let the traps get soiled completely. A regular pest control management system is required to prevent pest infestation.
