Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lower seal (gasket) at the one-door under-the-counter cooler near the rinse sink was loose and hanging.
Corrective Action(s): Manager replaced the seal during the inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One ceiling tile was partly misaligned exposing a gap in the ceiling near the 2-compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Manager re-aligned the ceiling tile so that the ceiling is fully sealed during the inspection.

Comments

Handsink near the front service area and both handsinks in the washrooms were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C and were equipped with thermometers.
Freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the sanitizer pails and from the dispenser.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at 77 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate.
Ice machine was in a clean condition at the time of inspection.
No signs of recent rodent activity were present at the time of inspection.
Pest control program was in place via Abell. Last pest control service occurred in November 2019.
Manager on shift had a valid equivalent course to FOODSAFE Level 1 (Canadian Restaurant and Food Services Association -National Food Safety Training Program expiration date: April 24, 2022).
