* Cold Vietnamese coffee is made at an approved commissary in Surrey. Pre-packaged 250 ml bottles are marked with 5 day expiry date.
* Dishwasher is not being used as all utensils and equipment are washed and sanitized manually in the double sink.
Ensure to follow the Wash-Rinse-Sanitize-Air dry sequence for warewashing.

* One of the line cooler registered between 6-8 C in the top inserts ( lunch rush). Ensure to maintain all coolers at 4 C or below.
