Electric fly trap removed from kitchen and place in janitorial room. Diaper changing accessories and child care supplies removed from kitchen. Baby changing table installed in ladies' washroom. Premise cleaning conducted. Ensure daily cleaning is conducted to maintain premise sanitation. 2 compartment dishwashing sinks repaired, both sinks now drain normally. Hot water supply restored to back handsink.
