Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Sanitizer solution in the bucket less than 100ppm quats
- Solution not enough to soak the cleaning cloths
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottles less than 100ppm

Corrective Action(s): - Fresh solution filed in the bucket and concentration at 200ppm quats
- Fill the bucket so that cleaning cloth is completely immersed in the solution when stored. Check the concentration with the test strips every day and fill fresh solution on regular basis

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink at the front lacked paper towel at the time of inspection

Routine inspection was conducted and following were observed:
- Handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap
- Coolers less than 4C
- freezer less than -18C
- Hot holding of soups and meat balls greater than 60C
- Sanitizer at three compartment sink greater than 200ppm
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
