Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer buckets at front of house measured 50ppm. Espresso sanitizer containers were also very cloudy.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer buckets maintain 200ppm quats. Date to be corrected: immediately.

2) Moisture accumulation on tables by espresso machine, tea area
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure to wring mop heads as dry as possible, then hang above mop sink to dry and drain to avoid moisture accumulation on floors
2) Ensure tables are kept dry as much as possible and not to leave moisture pooling on tables to prevent fly breeding.

-Handwashing stations contain hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-Coolers measured 4C or less: 2 front display, back stand up cooler, nitro cooler, 4 under counter coolers
-Stand up freezer -18C.
-Dishwasher measured above 71C at plate level
-3 compartment sink available and equipped
-Quat dispenser 200ppm quats
-Ice machine satisfactory. Ice scoop stored outside ice machine in clean bin.
