Hot-held soups and meatballs were at or above 60 degrees C (140 degrees F).

No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the spray bottle and third compartment of the 3-compartment sink.
Slicers were in a clean condition at the time of inspection. Staff mentioned that they wash and sanitize the slicers immediately after each use. |
