Permit to operate was posted.
Staff member had FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until January 11, 2019. *Information regarding expiration dates and the online FOODSAFE Level 1 refresher course was provided.
Handsink was adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler, sandwich cooler, drinks cooler, and under-the-counter cooler (actually at 0 degrees C) were at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F).
Walk-in-freezer temperature was at or below -18 degrees C (0 degrees F).
Hot-held soups and meatballs were at or above 60 degrees C (140 degrees F).
Temperature records were being maintained.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the spray bottle and third compartment of the 3-compartment sink.
Slicers were in a clean condition at the time of inspection. Staff mentioned that they wash and sanitize the slicers immediately after each use.
