(Copy of the legal documents and permit fee $37.50). *Food Safety Level 1 → Copy enclosed *Daily temp log and cleaning schedule submitted and no changes to the floorplan *Construction completed as per approved floorplan. The following items need your attention: 1. Replace the wooden shelf in the public washroom (no exposed wood) 2. Bleach test strips to be available on-site 3. Dry storage area to be organized and cleaned dry storage → shelving 4.
