Observation: Premise not equipped with a 2 or 3 compartment sink for manual warewashing. Scoops for dispensing dry products and bins not maintained in a sanitary manner.
Corrective Action(s): In the interim operator to purchase new scoops. Operator to install a 2 or 3 compartment sink in the back storage room by March 12, 2020. Correction ORDER issued.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food products are stored off the floor. Correct immediately. Storing off the floor allows for proper cleaning and inspection for any pest activity.

Observation: Food debris accumulations observed underneath shelves in the retail area, back storage area, and the produce cooler underneath the pallets.
