Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer being used to wipe down food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach and water sanitizer solution made inside bucket,cloth kept inside. Tested on test strip around 100ppm.

Food contact surfaces must be wiped down with sanitizer at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Cloth covering handwashing sink handles, very soiled.
2. Ice scoop found inside small ice bin/holder close to pop machine with handle touching ice.
3. Scoop and sifter found inside flour buckets, submerged into the flour.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Cloth must be replaced frequently, do not allow to stand soiled.
2. Ice scoop found inside small ice bin/holder close to pop machine, was taken out and placed in its own clean container
3. Scoop and sifter removed from flour buckets and washed. Do not let handle touch flour.
