Minor water leak from walk-in freezer plumbing - dispoable cups used to contain the water - this is not a permanent solution.
All fryer and grill vents - grease build up noted
Few items stored direcltly on the floor in the back storage area
Dust and debris accumulation noted in the hot water tank area
