Lighting is problem in the back storage area. Fluorescent lights flickering to mostly off. Very dark, which makes it difficult to properly clean up. Replace bulbs? Bleach solution in spray bottles used. One of the bottles (kitchen) had no residual. Service counter area was measured at 200 ppm. OK. ** Recommend two things: 1) Change both spray bottles at the same time or day, and make this change weekly at most. This will help you keep track of your cycle. 2) Start using a sani-bucket with 100 - 200 ppm bleach solution for wiping counters and food contact surfaces throughout the day "clean as you go". This will help keep the damp cloths in use sanitized and as such the work surfaces sanitized. **Make sure to avoid chemical pesticides in premises and definitely don't apply pesticides unless you hire a Pest Control Technician.
