Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Interior of ice machine has a buildup of mildew.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine. Clean ice machine on a regular basis.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection both containers of bleach sanitizer 0ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation an approved food contact surface santizer is available for use at all times. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff washroom paper towel dispenser empty. Bar hand sink paper towel dispenser also empty. Bar hand sink area also obstructed with fire extinguisher, vase, candles, and alcohol bottles.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand sinks are provided with liquid soap and paper towels at all times. Clear all hand sinks of obstructions.

- Provide a light cover for the light fixture near the back door.
- Scoops and other dispensing utensils stored directly in dry products.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is protected from contamination at all times. Correct immediately.
