Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Again Preparation Cooler next to toaster oven is too warm internal temperature of sauce at 12 deg C -air temperatures showing 10 to 12 deg C

Foods have been there since this morning and time now is 3pm

Operator indicates the unit was serviced however ice has built up in the compressor

Corrective Action(s): Discard all perishables in this unit immediately -DO NOT USE THIS UNIT unless it is capable of maintaining foods at or below 4 deg C

If you are testing the unit after servicing use non-perishables only.

Any perishable foods stored here before the unit is repaired must be time stamped (what time foods removed from fridge) and have a holding time of a maximum of 4 hours afterwards which must be discarded
