Floor under all coooking equipment, food prep surfaces requires cleaning due to food splatter/ grease build up.

Grease diffusers in exhause canopy require cleaning.
Non critical areas of meat slicer require cleaning.
Clean inside and exterior of main dishwasher as well as wall surfaces adjacent to dishwasher
