Operating out of Pacific Community Church Kitchen.
Operator produce jerk chicken to be delivered or picked up.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 71.0C final rinse temperature.
Dry Storage Area (Unit #1) being used to store food equipment and dry goods.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Domestic cooler/freezer combo measured at 4C and -18C lower.

No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized.
