Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food sanitizer not availalbe at the time of inspection. Staff stated they were busy preparing food and did not have time to prepare food sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Staff prepared 200 ppm bleach sanitizer in a plastic continer. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces on site. During operation, food sanitizer must be ready for use.

Observation: 1. Garbage bag were used to store pita breads and dough inside the walk-in cooler.
2. Biofilm build up observed inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not use garbage bag to store food as they are not food grade. Remove the food from garbage bags immediately. Corrected d during inspection.
2. Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and first batch after sanitizing. Correct by: today.

Observation: Grease built up observed on the side wall where the serving window is and under the deep fryer.
