Temperature of the pizza topping cooler was adjusted since last inspection and has been able to maintain at 4C or colder as per operator.
Probed food temperatures in inserts today and potentially hazardous food were measured at 3.3-4.2C. No concerns.
Lighting in the washroom has been replaced.
Main grouting in the dishwashing sinks have been replaced.
Discussed with operator to clean the backsplash zone more frequently as mould/mildew tend to grow there since material is not stainless steel.
Also to keep monitoring for food temperature in this toppings cooler to ensure that it is able to continue to maintain at 4C or colder.

*Reminder that the exhaust hood still need to be serviced. Ensure technicians place a new label on the hood to indicate service has been completed.
